The AICROplus Legal Affairs Working Group serves as the association’s reference point for regulatory, contractual, privacy, and compliance issues relevant to the clinical research sector.
Created through the integration of the former “National Contract” and “GDPR – Data Security” Working Groups, it promotes discussion among members, supports the interpretation of evolving regulations, develops operational tools, and fosters dialogue with institutions.
Through in-depth analysis activities, training, and the sharing of best practices, the WG contributes to strengthening the compliance culture and supports members in translating regulatory requirements into concrete operational solutions and processes.
