Institutional Relations. AICRO serves as a key interlocutor with the Ministry of Health, AIFA (Italian Medicines Agency), and the Data Protection Authority, engaging with these institutions for inquiries, requests for clarification, event organization, and legislative amendments.
AICRO also collaborates with other industry associations on topics that concern all companies operating in the life sciences sector. Through these collaborations, AICRO has been actively involved in major industry consultations.
Within the European CRO Federation (EUCROF), AICRO represents Italy. This gives AICRO members the opportunity to join expert working groups, exchange ideas, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and beyond (currently including Israel, Algeria, and Egypt), and to work directly with EUCROF in consultations with bodies such as the EMA and FDA
