{"id":7411,"date":"2021-09-22T09:13:24","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T07:13:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aicro.it\/en\/?p=7411"},"modified":"2021-09-22T09:13:24","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T07:13:24","slug":"clinical-research-towards-new-regulatory-frameworks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aicro.it\/en\/clinical-research-towards-new-regulatory-frameworks\/","title":{"rendered":"CLINICAL RESEARCH: TOWARDS NEW REGULATORY FRAMEWORKS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CLINICAL RESEARCH: TOWARDS NEW REGULATORY FRAMEWORKS<br \/>\nThe Fondazione IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo is organising the event entitled:<\/p>\n<p>CLINICAL RESEARCH: TOWARDS NEW REGULATORY CONTEXTS &#8211; The regulation on clinical trials and medical devices: impacts and opportunities&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>15 October 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Conference Hall &#8211; Ancient Village of the Certosa of Pavia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>from 9:30 to 16:00<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regulation no. 536\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on clinical trials on medicinal products for human use repeals Directive 2001\/20\/EC.<br \/>\nIt is a measure that aims to create a uniform framework in the European Union for the authorisation of clinical trials by all interested Member States with a single assessment.
